I have been really disappointed in this company although they were the cheapest company for what I was looking for at... the time. You get what you pay for and I should have known better. I started a company and needed a decent volume of printing needs. When the printer was delivered it had to go to the upstairs office. Each wood stair on the way up was damaged. Despite me saying it was going upstairs they sent 2 very unprepared people for that. I never heard back on the damage done to the stairs. I had a tech come one time in 3 years and was extraordinarily rude and was clearly annoyed he had to come. Then the lease ended and I can't get anyone to help me since I purchased it (mostly because it's a huge rip off to return it - read your lease carefully). People have asked me for the company where I leased the copier many times and each time I told them specifically not to use this company. I highly recommend against using this company.read more
